Payment: We accept cash, debit cards, credit cards, Spa Finder/Spa Wish gift certificates and 20/20 Skin gift certificates. Please note that Spa Finder/Spa Wish gift certificates may not be used towards gratuity. Gift certificates for medical spa services performed by Dr. Richardson’s staff, or for permanent cosmetic makeup services performed by Juliann, must be purchased separately. If you would like to purchase a gift certificate that will be valid toward these services, please contact us for more information.
Spa Etiquette: When scheduling your appointment, please understand that 20/20 Skin is setting aside time for you with a professional technician. We kindly ask that you contact us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment so that we may reserve the time for another guest. Otherwise, you will be charged in full for your appointment. As such, credit cards are required to reserve your appointment. We reserve the right to verify your credit card information prior to your appointment. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment time to allow for a smooth check-in. In the unfortunate event that you arrive late for your appointment, and in consideration of all spa guests, appointments will always end at their scheduled time. Kindly respect other spa guests by not bringing your children to the spa. Please remember to turn your cell phone off prior to entering the spa. Prices are subject to change at any time. Prices do not include gratuities. Gratuities generally range from 10%-20% of the service price.
Gift Certificates: You may purchase gift certificates in person, by phone, or online. Select either specific services or any dollar amount - call us if you need help designing the perfect gift! Please note that gift certificates for medical spa services may only be purchased in person or over the phone.
Directions: Please use our directions to ensure you make it to your appointment on time! We are located at the southwest corner of Lusk Boulevard and Barnes Canyon Road in a black glass building. If you are heading North on the I-805 Freeway: Take the Mira Mesa Boulevard exit and turn right (heading east). Go to the second stoplight and turn left onto Lusk Boulevard (you will see a Chili's Restaurant and a Holiday Inn Express on the corner at Lusk and Mira Mesa). Then, go to the second stoplight and turn left onto Barnes Canyon Road. Turn left into the first parking lot. Once you’re in the parking lot, veer to the right to park. We’re in Suite A101. If you are heading South on the I-805 Freeway: Take the Mira Mesa Boulevard exit and turn left (heading east). Go to the third stoplight and turn left onto Lusk Boulevard (you will see a Chili's Restaurant and a Holiday Inn Express on the corner at Lusk and Mira Mesa). Then, go to the second stoplight and turn left onto Barnes Canyon Road. Turn left into the first parking lot. Once you’re in the parking lot, veer to the right to park. We’re in Suite A101. If you are coming from, or through, Mira Mesa: If you are heading west on Mira Mesa Boulevard, turn right onto Lusk Boulevard. Go to the second stoplight and turn left onto Barnes Canyon Road. Turn left into the first parking lot. Once you’re in the parking lot, veer to the right to park. We’re in Suite A101. PLEASE USE OUR MAP & DIRECTIONS RATHER THAN Mapquest, Yahoo, or your GPS. Otherwise, you may end up at the deli down the street. They are very nice there, serve wonderful food, but do not offer spa services.
